- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst doctor to work for!! she belittles her employee's and takes her anger out on employee's when she is frustrated with someone else. Yells at employee's in front of Patients. Only Pays MA $10 expecting them to cross train, don't believe in pay raises only to those she show favoritism too. She has a problem with the black race especially with working with them. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪THE DOCTOR HERSELF IS PERSONABLE AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING IN DETAIL. SHE GAVE ME TIME AND CONSIDERATION TO ASK QUESTIONS WITH AN INFORMED ANSWER BUT HAS DONE NOTHING FOR MY PAIN. THE STAFF AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE MEDIOCRE. I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S JUST THAT THEY NEED MORE HELP BUT...I WORK IN THE MEDICAL ADMINISTRATION FIELD FOR 9+ YRS AND WOULD NEVER N GIVE A PATIENT AN ATTITUDE ABOUT EXPRESSING THEIR CONCERNS ABOUT TREATMENT. THEY WANT TO HURRY YOU OFF THE PHONE OR OUT OF THE OFFICE. INSURANCE AUTHORIZATIONS TAKE WAY TO LONG (A MONTH EACH TIME) WITH OUT ANY COMMUNICATION TO THE PATIENT ABOUT THE STATUS. I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR OVER 2 MONTHS AND MY PAIN LEVEL IS WORSE THAN WHEN I STARTED.
